Note: Bulbs ship starting in October based on availability and your zone, unlike other products. Plant around or after your first frost but before the ground freezes. Nectaroscordum, which translates to “garlic that produces nectar,” is a unique plant known by several names since its discovery in the early 1800s. Formerly called Allium Bulgaricum and nicknamed Honey Garlic, this perennial produces tall stems of 36” topped with cascading and drooping bell-shaped flowers in shades of creamy green with purple striping. This is a long-lived plant and does well planted in groupings. It will naturalize slowly and self-seed from spent blooms. Nectaroscordum prefer full sun to partial shade and need very little care in zones 4-10 and planted 6” below the soil line.
Nectaroscordum is sold in packs of 10 for fall planting.
